My return policy on Jewelry.
If the item breaks within 3 months of normal wear please get in touch with me about the option,
1. return and repair for free with shipping included
2. Full money back plus shipping with returned Item.
This does NOT include normal coloration change. such as natural tarsing (black) or (green) which is a reaction from the natural salts and oils in the skin or air.
Yarn Policy
The yarn has no return. The yarn is made of natural fibers and hand-made from dying to spinning. You may find VM (vegetable matter) or the lump. That can be normal with hand-spun. The number one thing to remember is always wash in cold or cool water by hand with wool soap.
All other art Policy
1. lost or damaged in mailing refund or replacement of art.
2. if art isn't what you thought it was, return art and get money back for art but not shipping. Shipping is at your cost.
